About me

Paola Dandrea

I was born and have always lived in Cortina d’Ampezzo in the heart of the Dolomites, a place that I love infinitely.

After high school, I majored in Physical Education at the University of Urbino, also becoming a swimming instructor and MTB guide.

For 12 years I was a member of the board of directors of the Alpine Club of Cortina d’Ampezzo, collaborating in various social activities. During this same period I worked in the Marketing office for Tourism of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Upon enrolling and completing a very demanding training course, I became a professional Trekking Guide (Accompagnatore di Media Montagna).

I have always loved movement and nature. For me, walking in the mountains is the perfect combination of these two passions: moving to feel good and to explore the natural environment in a simple and ethical way, letting its beauty carry us away.

Through my job, I wish to transmit my passion for nature, my walking experience and knowledge of our territory to the people who chose to follow me in the wonderful world of the Dolomites.

Languages: Italian, English, Ladino (language of the Ladin valleys of the Dolomites).
